1. Return Window

30-Day Return Period: Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. This provides ample time to ensure the product meets your expectations.

2. Eligibility & Product Condition

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Safety Notice: Due to the nature of agricultural chemicals and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns for products where the safety seal has been broken or the container has been opened.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required to process your return.
  • How to Initiate a Return
  1. Contact our support team at care@herbishield.com or via phone/WhatsApp at +44 7853543654 with your order number.
  2. Our team will provide you with the return shipping address and a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  3. Pack the item securely and include your RA number inside the package.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged, or defective), Herbishield will provide a pre-paid return shipping label at no cost to you.
  • Change of Mind: For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

5. Refunds & Processing Time

  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days.
  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method automatically.
  • Timeline: Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at care@herbishield.com and we will guide you through the replacement process.
